30-Day Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied, return within 30 days of delivery under the terms below.

Return Conditions

  • Unused Condition: Item must be in the same condition received; not installed, used, or modified.
  • Original Packaging: Return in original box/crate/pallet with all packing materials.
  • All Accessories: Include manuals, hoses, shelves, hardware, and documentation.
  • No Damage: No signs of installation attempts, dents, scratches, or missing parts.
  • Authorization Required: Obtain an RA (Return Authorization) before shipping back.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at +1 (908) 395-0621 or info@costcohomeappliances.com to initiate.
  2. Receive your RA number and return instructions.
  3. Repack the product in its original packaging/crate and secure to pallet if applicable.
  4. Ship using a traceable, insured method per instructions provided.
  5. After inspection, refunds process in 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Amount: Original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and original outbound shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Returns

  • No restocking fee for verified warranty defects.
  • Return shipping may be covered for approved defects.
  • Resolution may be repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
  • Diagnostic documentation or photos may be required.

Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, or normal wear. See product pages for specific terms.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items installed, used, or showing installation evidence.
  • Units with tampered seals or modified components.
  • Special-order or custom-built items (clearly marked as such).
  • Items sold “as-is” for parts or refurbishment projects.

Exchange Policy

Ordered the wrong model? We can help exchange within 30 days. Exchange fees and shipping costs apply. Contact us before returning to confirm compatibility and availability.

Damaged in Shipping

  • Note visible damage on the delivery receipt while the carrier is present.
  • Photograph the packaging, labels, and product.
  • Contact us immediately at info@costcohomeappliances.com; do not return without authorization.
  • Keep all packaging materials.

We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve damage at no cost to you.
