1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
3) Products, Pricing & Errors
- Descriptions, specs, availability, and pricing may change without notice.
- We may correct errors or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies or system mistakes. If canceled, payments are refunded.
- Photos are illustrative; actual finishes/accessories may vary. Verify dimensions and power/water requirements before ordering.
4) Orders & Payment
- We may accept, reject, or limit quantities at our discretion.
- Taxes, fees, and surcharges appear at checkout where applicable.
- Orders may be delayed for fraud screening or identity/address verification.
5) Shipping & Delivery
- Cost: Free shipping within the United States. Flat $250 for international orders.
- Method: Insured LTL freight with professional crating/palletizing; liftgate service included where available.
- Timeline: Processing 1–2 business days; transit 3–7 business days; total estimate 5–12 business days.
- Risk of Loss: Title and risk pass on delivery at your address. Inspect before signing.
- Missed/undeliverable deliveries and accessorial fees (inside delivery, stairs, scheduling changes) may incur charges.
6) Local Pickup
Pickup available at 2528 Joe Field Rd, Dallas, TX 75229. Call +1 (908) 395-0621 at least 24 hours in advance. Bring appropriate equipment; large appliances are heavy.
7) Inspection on Delivery
- Inspect the shipment with the driver present. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt/BOL.
- Photograph crate, labels, and product. Keep all packaging.
- Report damage within 24 hours to info@costcohomeappliances.com.
8) Returns (30 Days)
- Return within 30 days of delivery with prior Return Authorization (RA).
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Refund = purchase price minus 15% restocking fee and original outbound shipping. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds post 5–7 business days after inspection to the original payment method.
- Non-returnable: installed/used items, tampered seals, modified components, custom/special orders, items sold “as-is.”
9) Exchanges
Wrong model ordered? We can assist with exchanges within 30 days. Exchange fees and shipping apply. Contact us before returning.
10) Warranty
- New items: covered by manufacturer warranty as stated on the product page.
- Open-Box/Refurbished: covered by our store warranty against mechanical defects; terms listed per item.
- For verified warranty defects, restocking fees are waived and return shipping may be covered. Remedy may be repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
- Exclusions: improper installation, misuse, site power/water issues, code violations, normal wear/consumables.
- Professional installation may be required to maintain coverage.
11) Compliance & Third-Party Brands
We are an independent retailer. We are not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with appliance manufacturers unless expressly stated. All brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
12) Intellectual Property
Site content, graphics, and compilations are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or exploit content without written permission.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse, installation errors, or violation of these Terms.
15) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas, or via binding arbitration if mutually agreed. Small-claims court remains available.
16) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
17) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
