Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping within the United States is free. International orders ship at a flat $250.
How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1–2 business days. Transit: 3–7 business days (location dependent). Total estimate: 4–9 business days from order.
Which carriers do you use?
Insured LTL freight via trusted carriers such as FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, Old Dominion, and vetted regional carriers.
Will I get tracking and liftgate service?
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Most residential deliveries include liftgate at no extra charge.
Can I pick up locally?

What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery with prior Return Authorization. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
Are returns free?
Refund = purchase price minus 15% restocking fee and original outbound shipping. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds post 5–7 business days after inspection.
What warranty is included?
New: manufacturer warranty. Open-Box/Refurbished: store warranty against mechanical defects. For verified defects we may cover return shipping and provide repair, replacement, or refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Note damage on the delivery receipt while the driver is present, take photos, keep all packaging, and contact info@costcohomeappliances.com within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Flat $250 worldwide. Local customs, duties, and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Are items new or refurbished?
Listings are clearly labeled as New or Open-Box/Refurbished. Each product page includes model, specs, included accessories, and real photos.
