Check Order Status
- Open the carrier tracking link from your shipment email.
- If you need an update, email or call with your order number.
Start a Return (30 Days)
- Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging with all parts.
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping back.
- Ship with a traceable method and keep proof of pickup.
Warranty Claim
- Gather order number, model/serial, photos or a short video.
- Email or call to open a claim. Diagnostics may be required.
- Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement, or refund.
Damaged in Delivery
- Note damage on the delivery receipt while the driver is present.
- Photograph packaging, labels, and product. Keep all materials.
- Contact support within 24 hours for a carrier claim.
