Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

Large appliances ship via insured LTL freight with professional crating/palletizing. We use reputable carriers, including:

• FedEx Freight
• UPS Freight
• Old Dominion Freight Line
• Regional LTL carriers

Cost: Free within the United States. Flat $250 for international orders.

Packaging & Protection

• Factory packaging where applicable; otherwise pro crating
• All openings and panels protected; corner guards and foam
• Mounted on a custom wooden pallet and shrink-wrapped
• Secured with industrial strapping and edge protectors
• Tilt/shock indicators applied; fully insured in transit

Delivery Timeline

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days
• Transit Time: 3–7 business days (location dependent)
• Total Estimate: 4–9 business days from order

Tracking is provided when your order ships. Most deliveries include liftgate service at no extra charge if you don’t have a loading dock.

Local Pickup

Please call +1 (908) 395-0621 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule. Bring a suitable vehicle; large appliances are heavy and require secure transport.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Important: Inspect your shipment while the carrier is present. If you see visible damage:

• Note the damage on the delivery receipt/BOL
• Photograph the crate/product and labels
• Contact us within 24 hours at info@costcohomeappliances.com
• Keep all packaging materials

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve claims quickly.
